November 30th, 2000:

TerraShape now employs 200 people in seven offices worldwide. Our 200th employee signed his contract in Sydney, Australia, last week, joining the Interiors department.

January 13th, 2000:

We are pleased to announce that Aleks Canzovich has accepted our offer to become the head of the Ecology department. Ms Canzovich has been with us for six years now, and in that time has contributed to the growth and success of her department with exemplary commitment, zeal and practicality.

March 6th, 2001:

We have officially accepted our largest contract ever - nothing less than the design and construction of an entire township. Everything will be designed and created from the ground up, to build a brand-new living community. The new town, to be named 'Moreland', will be situated in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia.

April 12th, 2001:

The Water department has filed for its first patent, for the "Artemisian Fountain" concept it premiered in Tokyo last summer. This device, loosely based on the concept of the Artesian Well, has drawn praise and admiration from all quarters.

June 8th, 2001:

An eleventh department - Community - has been created to help with the specific demands of the Moreland contract. Allison Flanagan, formerly of Design, will head up the new department.

August 22nd, 2001:

We have now opened a new TerraShape office in Prague. This marks our ninth office to be opened, and the eighth to be currently in use. As befits a TerraShape office, the land was extensively remodeled before the new, state-of-the-art office was built, all done to a design from a group of our own architects and landscapers.

September 12th, 2001:

TerraShape offers its heartfelt condolences to the families and friends of the victims of yesterday's attacks.

September 19th 2001:

TerraShape's Gardening department has won the prestigious Don Monte award for Outstanding Garden Design, which is awarded each year to a group or individual showing consistently high standards in the field of horticulture throughout the year. The award will be given to a delegation from the department at a ceremony in Rome later this month.

November 3rd, 2001:

Although our work on the Moreland project is still ongoing, and will be for the foreseeable future, the new town has already opened its gates to the public - both physically and electronically. The first inhabitants have begun to move into their new homes, and their response to the new environment has been a very positive one.

December 21st 2001:

We are pleased to announce that the proceeds from the annual TerraShape Charity Ball will be donated to Friends Of The Earth. The Charity Ball will be held in San Francisco as usual; tickets will be on sale in the New Year.

March 13th 2002:

The recent network outages which resulted in the unavailability of our website have now been dealt with. There should hopefully be no further incidents.

May 12th 2002:

We would like to apologize to our readers for the short period during the past week when our website was experiencing technical difficulties. This was simply due to maintenance work being carried out on one of our servers. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
