In every landscape, the point of astonishment is the meeting of the sky and the earth.

Landscaping is one of the original departments, formed in 1984. It is currently based in Johannesburg.

It is responsible for the design and manipulation of local topology; for example, creating or leveling hills, constructing new views and changing water levels.

What this means for you, as our valued client, is that you get to watch us do what we do best: re-form the land, so that not only is it directly serving your needs as a homeowner or successful businessperson, but that you have nature's beauty gazing back at you no matter which way you turn. The land is ours to mold, and yours to enjoy. We'll take your desert from you, and give back an oasis. Soil that can hardly support the hardiest weed will be re-supplemented in a joint effort by our team and TerraShape's Ecology experts to give you fruitful soil, or springy turf on which to improve your golf game.

The biggest challenges the department has faced so far have been the Rogstrom outside Helsinki and Yellowknife's Parklands.
