Construction was formed in March 1993, along with Demolitions, and is currently based out of the Tokyo office.

The department is responsible for surveying and building, according to the designs of the other departments. This requires the talents of such disparate craftspeople as joiners, bricklayers, glazers, heating engineers, electricians...

The largest projects Construction has been involved in recently were the Tower Library in Havana and Tampa's Rail Museum.
