You haven't noticed all the small changes going on around you recently. That's too bad, since those small shifts add up to a big landslide.

Events of the last week have left you with more questions than answers. But are you asking the right questions, and are the answers that difficult to come by?

The weather on the horizon is ever-changing and ephemeral. Try not to lull yourself into thinking that a storm will pass over you, leaving you unharmed. Life is what you make it, after all, and time can be a wicked mistress. Plan ahead for cloudy skies!

You're a magnetic personality, and your sphere of influence should spread easily this week. You have the means, the motive, and the manipulative tendencies. Be sure to take care of yourself, take care of what you have left over.

Now is the time to examine the people in your life that are holding you back from becoming a business success. Take stock of your resources, making extra sure that even if your co-worker's agendas don't match yours that you all still come out in the end smelling like a rose. 

You have been spending too much time trying to focus on the bigger picture. The problem is that you haven’t learned to relax and absorb the image. Like a stereogram, it’s important to sit back, relax, and let the information come together as it will.

Things have been relatively quiet of late on the surface, but secretly you've been pretty active. It looks like you've been meeting new people too, so try to make a good impression.

Think through your actions and try to look at things from the perspective of the end result rather than looking at the larger picture. God is in the details.
